Jun'ya Taira
Born in 1972 in Okinawa. After gaining work experience at bars throughout Okinawa, he entered into the NIHON BARTENDER SCHOOL in Tokyo to study cocktails. After graduation, he started working at bars in Tokyo. Returning to Okinawa, he joined the company BAR Dick. Awarded President of OKINAWA AWAMORI Distillers Association Award' and Silver Award', etc., in Awamori Cocktail Competitions.
Current position: General Manager of three establishments: BAR Gold Dust, THE BAR & BAR Dick
